Paralegal
Sophia graduated from Quinsigamond Community College, and Northeastern University, with degrees in business management and paralegal professionalism. Sophia was employed with the United States Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, as a Paralegal Specialist for 12 years, where she helped facilitate the civil and criminal prosecution of many bankruptcy cases. In 2017, Sophia joined Doucette & Associates, Ltd. as their Senior Paralegal. Sophia is the lead contact person for the firm’s subrogation practice for National Grid’s property damage claims. Outside of work, Sophia is a mom, stepmom and wife to an amazing family. She has two rescue dogs, Maggie and Marley. In her spare time, she volunteers with two animal rescues, and she makes primitive décor and refinishes furniture.
